Kõpu Seaside Getaway

A beautifully located, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped cozy cottage with lush green surroundings and stunning sea views. It makes a great base for cycling trips through the nearby forests. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The house is in a very idyllic location and has a lovingly landscaped, very large and well-kept garden and a beautiful terrace on both sides of the house. It's only a few steps to the sea and it's super quiet there. You can experience beautiful sunrises. The house itself is very tastefully and thoughtfully furnished. Everything looks very high quality and is very clean. The bathroom and toilet are beautifully designed. The living/dining area is large and very inviting. The equipment in the modern kitchen offers everything you need to easily cater for yourself. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms can be darkened easily. The welcome was personal and very warm. The hosts are very friendly and communication was easy. A wonderful, relaxing place that we would love to come back to.

This was an exceptional property and an easy 10 out of 10. The house is an older former log home that has been completely renovated to an extremely high standard. Inside, it feels like a brand-new, high-end home. The renovation was beautifully done, with excellent-quality windows, doors, lighting, fixtures and finishes throughout. One particularly attractive design feature is a section of the original log wall preserved behind glass. The open living area is bright and comfortable, with extensive windows and lovely views. The kitchen is very well equipped, everything worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was reliable and reasonably fast. There is a comfortable sofa, outdoor furniture on both the large front porch and rear deck, and two bedrooms with large beds. Our bedroom also had effective room-darkening shades, and the house and surrounding area were exceptionally quiet. The bathroom is particularly luxurious, with both a large soaking tub and a separate shower, plus a separate toilet room. The setting is rural and peaceful. Although the house is not directly on the water, it is on a peninsula surrounded by water and only a very short walk from the working waterfront. Nõva is about 3 km away, with a small grocery store and restaurant, and we found it a very pleasant bicycle ride into town. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and responsive. They met us when we arrived, showed us around and answered our questions, and returned at checkout to say goodbye. There is an apple tree in the yard, and after I asked whether we were welcome to eat the apples, we returned from our bicycle ride to find that the host had picked a large bag of apples for us. I also picked delicious raspberries on the property. Those small touches made us feel especially welcome. The property was new to Booking.com and had only one review when we booked, so reserving it felt like a bit of a gamble. It turned out to be one of those occasions when the reality was even better than we had hoped.

Nothing significant. The property is relatively expensive for this rural area, but given the size of the house, the exceptional quality of the renovation and furnishings, and the overall experience, we felt the quality easily justified the price.
